yummy

Sorry everyone for not writing more. We got busy with soccer these season. and at the rate my kid is going, we arent going to have time for much of anything. Nonetheless, I have been looking at some recipes that I am wanting to try.  I have been drinking a hot cinnamon spice tea every morning, to help control blood sugar. Apart from being good for me, it is so yummy.  I have recently discovered something new that I want to share with everyone.  I recently purchased an oatmeal from a lil coffee shop here in town(shout out to J&B Coffee Co.)  and in it is a little seed called a chia seed.  Everyone needs to google it and get to eating them because they are so good for you.  It has a higher omega-3 than salmon.  helps control blood pressure, blood sugar and hunger.  You can have it several different ways.  and in ways that the family will never even know about.  Lets all google Chia seeds and get to buying and eating them.
